The drawing is transferred onto the linoleum with red carbon paper and carved into the surface intuitively with sharp lino cutting tools.
An edition of one hundred hand prints, using the traditional printing method rubbing a baren on the back of the smooth Snowdon 140gsm acid free paper to transfer the printing ink from the linoleum to the paper.
Each print is numbered, titled and signed in pencil, protected with glassine tissue paper and sealed in a cellophane pocket with foamboard support. Carefully packed in a stiff cardboard box, insured, tracked first class Royal Mail delivery within the UK and 2 to 3 working days for Europe, 3 - 5 days Globally, so that it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
